Missed Call Recovery AI

1. Service Description

Missed Call Recovery AI provides missed call recovery and customer follow-up automation for home service businesses. We detect missed calls, send SMS responses, and help capture customer information.

2. SMS Disclosure Requirement

Businesses using the system are required to display an SMS communication disclosure wherever their phone number is publicly listed (such as on their website contact page). The disclosure informs customers that they may receive an SMS response related to their inquiry if they contact the business. If a call is missed, the system sends a single SMS message acknowledging the missed call and asking how it can assist. Messaging continues only if the customer chooses to continue the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Failure to display the required disclosure may result in your account being suspended.

3. Pricing

  • Setup Fee: $100 (one-time)
  • Monthly Service: $350/month
  • Billing: Monthly on the same date each month

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime
  • You will NOT be charged after cancellation
  • We will NOT refund partial months
  • We will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation

5. Service Availability

We are not responsible for:

  • Your phone system or CallRail issues
  • Twilio service interruptions
  • Customer's failure to respond to SMS
  • Lost revenue or missed opportunities

6. Customer Data

  • You own all customer data
  • We store it securely
  • We will never sell or share your customer data
  • You are responsible for TCPA compliance with your customers

7. Limitation of Liability

Missed Call Recovery AI is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • System downtime or errors

Maximum liability = amount paid in past 30 days

8. Changes to Service

We may update the service. Major changes will have 30-day notice. Prices may increase with 30-day notice.
